Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Once your order is placed, we process it within 1–3 business days. After that, shipping takes about 3–8 business days depending on your location. In total, delivery takes around 4–11 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders.

How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can use it anytime on our Order Tracking page.

Do you deliver UK-wide?
Yes, we deliver to all locations across the UK.

Will I have to pay customs or extra fees?
Any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at contact@stella-grace.com.
After 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed if your order has already been processed. In that case, you can return the item once it arrives (see our Returns & Refunds policy).

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to update the address.

Yes. Contact us with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange it for.

Problems With My Order

What if I received the wrong item?
Please contact us within 30 days with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right.

What if my item is damaged or faulty?
Send us a message with your order number, description of the problem, and a few clear photos. We’ll review it and arrange a refund, replacement, or exchange.

What if something is missing from my order?
