Cancellation Policy

If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. We’ll do our best to cancel it as long as it hasn’t been processed yet.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you’ll need to wait for the item to arrive and then request a return in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
